Both Plastic and Food waste are considered an environmental threat, so the main of this project is to provide a friendly solution by producing a bio plastic known as polylactic acid (PLA) from food waste. Polylactic Acid is expected to make major contributions to environmental protection because they are recyclable biodegradable and bio compatible.
